Caleb's journey in the event industry is deeply personal. Inspired by his late brother Corbin, he named Fitz & Foster to honor their shared dream. Fitz, short for Fitzgerald, Caleb’s middle name, and Foster, Corbin’s middle name, symbolize the commitment to carrying their dream forward.

Outside of his professional life, Caleb is dedicated to maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle. He is an avid participant in Orange Theory workouts and enjoys running half marathons. Caleb's commitment to his fitness parallels his dedication to his work—both requiring perseverance, discipline, and a drive for excellence.
